Goggy, You are right, I don't think there is anything left in our portfolio which would attract event the most naive overseas investor. Most of the commercial stuff appears to have gone at bargain prices to "sophisticated investors".

Whilst on here, it looks like the Thumbie gremlins have been active on my last post. I did state that I didn't need them, but never-the-less two kind people gave me the thumbs up. However, the next day, they mysteriously disappeared! Now I notice they are back again. Probably this would be a good time to show how insignificant (but appreciated) these little symbols are. If everybody who reads this post gives me a thumbie, we will probably break a record, and finally stop this petty bickering which goes on. ........ Cheers, John H.
