The crime rate here is bad enough, more than enough…bordering on third world status….(makes me miss Japan - ever see a locked bicycle in downtown Tokyo?)….but rarely because God/Allah/Mohammed's ambitions - told the criminals to do it. That will change….sure as the sun rises…only a matter of time…and the jihadis are here - and busy for their virgins. Surely, you are aware of Chechens and others in the former USSR getting their jollies from murdering Russians….been a hobby for about three decades.
