You are absolutely right, management knows SP is re-rating back well in anticipation of good announcements and they know most buyers will buy and hold for now. However, management won't forget their obligation to release any news in market ASAP , for which they are fully accountable.

Let's just enjoy steady rise rather stressing about news for now. I know where this going with or without news :)
