So it would seem the company is on life support, no disclosure on how much money the current donor has contributed monthly to keep things going. Lots of geological technical detail in the report that only a geological person could understand. I agree Vince that control(fate) of the company is now in the hands of the major financial providers (holders) in particular ELM. No indication as to why the company and ELM agreed to delay payments, I can only assume that ELM told the company they were delaying the funding and the company had no choice but to agree IMHO. I guess we can get some comfort in the fact that CTO is not the only small cap goldie going nowhere in the current market.
