Looks like a buyer flush. If you are not getting any volume you sweep the offers to get attention and sit your bids in below to collect the sales of those who see the price move. A bit desperate but sometimes works as people ego up and hit the bids. At the very least it often attracts sellers to put their orders in for next week!!
