Fellas , I think we know that we have a problem ; that is fairly clear when the sp has fallen from ~ 36c to 4c today , with no sign of letup.
I had my say @ (directly to the Board and Management) ~ the time of the 2013 AGM .
Having done that , for me, there is no point in continuing to bash and blame .I am certain that the key parties are working their butts off to realise some value for SBR ( and its shareholders).
I am looking for solutions ...that will benefit us all .
In my experience before you can develop appropriate solutions and move forward , you need to identify the problem(s) . Maybe you can move forward without identifying the problem(s)/challenges and identifying and implementing appropriate solutions ....and get lucky .For example , we may come up with several 80m intersections of Cu @ 10% over a strike of 1Km ....all is instantly forgiven !
But the risk is you may overlook the real problem(s) and implement strategies that don’t address the problem .
During my chat with the Company yesterday ,I believe I gained some insight into the efforts that SBR is putting in to a better future . I say in good faith: They are real efforts , and people are trying their level best .
    We have :
Great tenements in a stable country .
Money in the bank .....for the moment .
    A good technical team .
A growing Cu resource , with good grade .
Fantastic infrastructure on our doorstep .

    So what’s the problem ?
Yes we need some more good results ,but imo it is simplistic to say that some more lengthy, good grade Cu intersections will solve all of our problem (s) .They possibly will , but that would put wallpaper over some longstanding cracks imo .
There are some challenges in operating in a somewhat antiquated , and isolated environment .... I get that .
But ,from my perspective , the whole exploration process has been faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar too lengthy and drawn out by drilling equipment failure ( and arguably not enough rigs ) and extremely slow assay turnaround/reporting times etc
In 2014 , we live in high speed , want it now , society .Everything ( communication in particular) has accelerated and investors have higher expectations around performance . The age of the Doctor ( or Geologist )getting away with “ I’ll tell you what I think you need to know !”
doesn’t cut the mustard nowadays when you have social media forums such as HC , and can instantly Google any topic you can think of .

The tenement has already revealed its potential ...and parties right around the globe recognise that .
Successful exploration of our tenement(s) potential is a massive job , which we are effectively undertaking with a toothpick .
IMO it is time for the Board , and Management , to take a step back , view the tenement from afar , take a deep breath , and acknowledge “ Shit fellas ,this is massive ,way-way beyond the scope of our small outfit to develop within a sensible timeframe ! Sure , we can eke it out in an artisanal fashion , but it just cries out to take it up several notches and realise the full potential of the place for all of us .Who wants to take a share of the action and go gangbusters with us ."
Maybe we need to get the sp up a bit first .
Maybe the Board is already thinking this way ?

No offence intended to any party .Just thoughts from a rapidly aging old fart who wants to see everyone emerge as a winner with a beam on their face b4 the Grim Reaper arrives .LOL
    Enjoy your weekend .
