I think FRI will stay with 3.5 cents for its HY14 div because of flat earnings (unless AU closes in FY14, but won't know til June).
A couple of years ago, FRI said they would try to balance the HY and FY dividends (i.e. increase the HY div more than the FY div), but that hasn't happened and is unlikely this year.
But FY14 dividend might be up .5 cents from FY13. And 2015 might be very pleasing.
