as mentioned, watso often buys rtc milk - and made a batch of yoghurt from one litre of the milk (40c per litre).

watso had a quick look on the internet to find out if others had zapped the milk in the microwave..... making sure that the milk did not boil - and stirring it a few times - watso finally made a good batch of yoghurt - using about 1/4 of a sachet of yoghurt, and some culture from a previous batch.
