Can't believe the number of people that still use their phone whilst driving, talking is bad enough, but reading/texting is plain suicidal, and a threat to other road users, even pedestrians. Lot of people can't drive properly now days, let alone use a phone at the same as well. Obviously can't fathom the consequences of doing so, and the fines aren't big enough to be a deterrent either.
