The only real unknown at the moment is how long ABU will take to respond to any comments.
I would hazard a guess that they will be 'waiting for the postman' to deliver comments and getting started immediately on filling in any blanks.
Unless there is some strategic reason not to get on with this ASAP, writing the response is the bottleneck in the timeline at the moment.
Once the response is released, we will know the maximum processing times (unless more information is required).
