Not at all Tanotfa. I still think it is a pretty good idea. Probably an addition would be checking the actual trading with the market depth such as when the price seems to be deliberately held down.
The other part that might be added is to check it against the second chart I posted. Is the sector's mumbo jumbo green or yellow?
