$31M profit.....thats just soooooo tangible that the company is already $4m behind on its debt repayments.

Seems reality clearly is that it can't wash its own face at present even with its last splash-and dash capital raising.

This is perilously close to being in the Bankers' hands in my view. We all know where that ends.

Management credibility sufficient to call another capital raising???? Not with me at least.

I initially saw value here in the 30 cent range. Curiously, I'm significantly less convinced with the last quarter's events even though the price has now halved.

This is ripe for takeover at management level rather than corporate. I can't see the current team doing anything other than a gun-to-the head rights issue yet again to end up in exactly the same position yet again.

Its time shareholders had their say before its too late.
