even if the advice is it is ok - I would personally be very reluctant. I would find another way.
Why? ---------- because you cannot trust the buggers.
The tax site is littered with information that says basically - anything we say take with a grain of salt - and even if we say it we can change our minds in future.
They are extremely reluctant to give rulings and the risk of breach is far too high.
It is bad enough having to pay them through the nose for tax and then have enormous administration costs - to have half your super seized because of a breach they - 'feel' has happened would be getting salt rubbed into the wound.
I would play as straight a bat as possible personally.
