This is not going anywhere until they come out with a positive result regarding the port and rail.

Also, considering the discontent from a few posters ( due to frustrations, no disrespect intended) it would be in managements best interest to have a positive outcome, to have the options converted. Otherwise how else are going to receive funds? Food for thought.
