    Hi alimak,

The "CuDeco Shareholder Research" report indicates a conspiracy is taking place.

Below is the definition you require.

Please take note of the word theory. This is no longer a theory it is actually happening.

A plant is being built at Rocklands. The drilling has been done. CuDeco Management have an idea of what is there.

The ASX's JORC code has not included all the native copper. Another poster has mentioned that many mines are mining at 100% above their JORC, which if it applied to this deposit would be around 3.5% Cueq. The excavation taking place as of now is exposing much more ore than has been estimated.

Notwithstanding these facts, many dis-believers keep using the word theory in front of conspiracy. What is frightening is these "dis-believers" have probably duped a lot of investors to short CDU. Once reality kicks in these unwise badly informed shorters are likely to lose money in their investment. They will undoubtedly blame posters on hotcopper for mis-information which has gone on unremittingly for a long time.

The only way these shorters in CDU could win is if there is a massive stuff up in how the plant at Rocklands is being built. As I see it, the likelihood of that happening is slim. Lycopodium Engineering are very experienced. The testing in WA was to design a plant specifically built for this project. Wayne McCrae is most
knowledgeable on all facets of mining, and his 2-IC is a chemical engineer with over 40 years expeience in his field. Any encouragement to con people into shorting CDU based on the concept that the ore is not there at Rocklands is false. Once investors realise just how much money could be earned when cash flows begin could result in the price of CDU making a huge jump. For investors shorting CDU this is a very dangerous time.

    cheers,

    Max

    Conspiracy theory
    From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A conspiracy theory is an explanatory proposition that accuses two or more persons, a group, or an organization of having caused or covered up, through secret planning and deliberate action, an illegal or harmful event or situation. In recent decades the term has acquired a derogatory meaning to some, and distinction should be made between the derisive use of the term and reference to actual, proven conspiracies. Different types of conspiracy theories have been distinguished, ranging from those merely based on a hunch to ones backed by evidence, and from localized, single-event conspiracies to pervading universal phenomena.
