re: Ann: Company Secretary Appointment/Resign... Initially I agreed with you an in some aspects still do regarding your statement below.
If you read the credentials of the appointment it appears to me they are getting legal advise from there new secretary and this appears rather smart to me.
One thing that did worry me though is he looks after capital raisings and as much as I don't want to see one down here if they have any more negative quarters we are going come close to scraping the barrel!
