Exactly. Just speculation, but I smell a neat plan here. Drive down PBT price with a dump (sale of converted options ??) to significantly below equivalent NASDAQ price - done for relative peanuts. Create more uncertainty and fear on an already wobbly NASDAQ. Ready for the kill.
Big players step in and accumulate at will.
If there is any credibility in this scenerio PRAN will be hammered on the NASDAQ tonight and for the next few days. But it is all good. When the 'masters of the SP' get their fill it will rocket. IMO, and i'm no expert, hold tight.
