Thats where I disagree. I accumulated more wealth in those few years during and just after the GFC than I did in the 10 before them, and those 10 years were pretty good to most of us. I am not alone. In Australia the GFC we had was an opportunity, not a crisis.

Our crisis is before us, not behind us. Anyone who can't see that is going to become a victim of the greed that led us to this point.
