hi olive, I typed "cleansing prospectus" into the search bar to find examples from other companies

from what I could gather, it is lodged post the issue of further capital... WHY the need, I have no idea..... but it must be an ASX/ASIC regulation as they get $ 3,800 of the $10k it cost to prepare (see note 7.7)

it must, therefore, relate to the issue of 19mil shares to Zijin for $1.9mil (or 10c per share), announced 31st Dec. It cant be the Con Note of 7,000 x $1,000 per note as this has not been converted to shares yet.

before issue of the 19mil shares, there was 674mil shares on issue, so 19mil shares represents an issue of 2.8% of the company capital at that time, this is under the 15% rule.... so maybe it is because we didn't have to vote on it, and due to the fact that Zijin already own shares (i.e. 10mil shares from memory from an announcement a little while ago)

again, WHY is it needed, no idea
