Jazza,

I'm interested in your philosophy of keeping cash available to manage dilution.

If you believe (as I do) that the price will increase before the next round of capital raising, why wouldn't you put your money in now at a lower price, rather than waiting until the raising to manage the dilution by putting in $ when the funds are raised.

I'm buying whenever I have surplus funds - which unfortunately is not as often as I'd like.
