Broker RF Ambrian said yesterday:

"The termination of the BIA should not necessarily be construed as the withdrawal of support by the Jacka board for the bid from Tangiers. Rather, it appears that Jacka has used the technical condition in relation to the Galp farm-in agreement completion to terminate the BIA and lift the restrictions that would otherwise have constrained its ability to consider funding alternatives for its near term debt."
