I think that you guys are on the ball with the pending takeover offer. I would even suggest an offer of 10cents would do the trick. Surely that's a fair offer?

Can just see all those minority holders lining up for the 10cents per share and also taking a 2cent loss on their recently acquired options. Holders will not request one cent more as the first offer will be acceptable to all.


They will then claim capital losses on their tax return as all this will occur prior to June 30th.

Great call guys. Suggest that you do not exit until the shareprice jumps to the 10c.
