What would Exergen do? Well, now we know. They will continue to progress with their demo plant in LV. They are still moving fWD even though no ALDP funding....I am not surprised at all....ALDP funding would have been nice but not a material amount of cash when you consider the big picture.

Exergen still needs lots of coal. They will want Billions of tons and who has all that coal? Why did they negotiate/buy 50% of BM if they didn't intend to mine it???

"Exergen is developing a plan to export coal products from the Latrobe Valley pending on success of the PCDP. For this commercial project, Exergen CHTD slurry will be pumped through a pipeline to a processing facility adjacent to a port location, where it will be dewatered and further processed into valuable export products including thermal coal products, char, fertilisers, pyrolysis oils and liquid fuels. Such liquid fuels can be used to feed Direct Injection Coal Engines (DICE)."

Great news IMO....

Look at all the products/fuels which can be produced by BROWN COAL :-0) :-0)

I wonder how those companies who accumulated all the large iron Ore resources near Infrastructure did the last 10 years.....
