Dear mytime,

The Congo convention can be signed off anytime before production I guess, since sdl is the only one using the spur line and it doesn't seem to run through public land.
We got the mining permit, so they don't get any money till it's signed.

That's my interpretation of all that fiscal, environmental and social mumbo jumbo.
But it is a serious piece of work and Cameroon aren't playing around "develop it, or lose it".

Timeframes can be amended if progress is being made apparently.
