I don't believe that production is only 10% of forecast production. You have sour grapes for obvious reasons.

Best you move on and look for work elsewhere.

Slr have top management in place that know what they are doing. If there is a temporary issue then it's temporary but as I said , best you move on as it's better for your health and piece of mind. I'm sure u will pick up work elsewhere.
