Looks like case is back again tomorrow 13 Feb, making it now 3 days sitting. After reading through all the Snotty submissions I can see who is taking up that time. Clearly a 'quantity vs quality' issue he has.
Like the whole mess he now finds himself in. Venture were always going to look after his interests - if he had just worked wih them from the start instead of having a 'no mines ever'!! .. at least he may learn something from this.
