re: cto loan We'll see what happens on Jan 9 when Armstrong's Habeas Corpus Motion is heard in the US District Court of Appeal & 23rd Jan when the US Supreme Court examines Armstrong's motion seeking leave to appeal his jailing. The trial judge has once already a year ago suggested that Armstrong file to have all criminal charges dismissed (after which original indictments were removed & a whole new set brought) & is making same noises again.
Corrupt civil judge has admitted lack of jurisdiction & the whole civil action is illegal anyhow due to Armstrong not receiving a Monsanto (right to civil matters to be heard before criminal judge) hearing at the start. Anyhow word is if he gets out of contempt jailing the USDA & SEC will drop the whole thing.
So CTO is in one big race against time & actions of PWC London will be examined carefully if Armstrong back in control of PEI.
