Yes noairbags you are completely wrong, it is that simple

This is actually becoming bang your head on the wall conversation now. No matter what way you look at the structure of what you are trying to imply, it makes absolutely no sense

I noticed you still didn't answer my question, that is the 3rd time I've asked the same thing - what don't you like about the AceA deal ? What valuation for the farm out would have made you happy ?

For starters, assume for all intents and purposes SOC had 'given away' 20% for free (not farmed out), a 20% reduction in the overall SP even then still makes no sense as the market would have to be attributing 100% of SOC's market cap to Mt Adrah and completely ignoring the $21M Jiangsu farm-in, our 80% holding in PMR and the swag of 100% owned tenements

But SOC didn't 'give away' 20%, they farmed it out at a valuation of $13M and raised $2M in the process - so your theory that farming out 20% of an asset at 20 x what you purchased it for within 6 months is the reason behind a 20% SP drop is stupid, sorry to say

All the farm out did was value add from $700k consideration price to $13M farm-in valuation

This continued griping about the AceA deal makes no sense, you yourself can't explain it or give a valuation you would have been satisfied with
