If there is a chance of a takeover at 30c - insiders would be buying up at 8c. But they aint.

I suggest you do your own research if you think otherwise.

Instead of writing on HC - I also suggest you direct your anger at ASIC and the ASX for allowing this kind of situation to perpetuate .
