It sounds like MBN management is in the USA and are waiting for start of business to announce any results.

Why the USA? Although I know most of the note holders are based there, but unless an American company is in the deal or they might be considering listing the company in the USA, I can't see why they couldn't do it from Brazil or even here in Australia.

So many variables to this equation ...

I intend to hold on to my shares until they appreciate to a descent amount, but I would like to see them alive in the ASX, regardless of the SP.
