re: Ann: Appointment of CEO and Non Exec Dire... i think shareholders need to join in a class action against ASIC and the ASX ..... I have never seen incompetence go unpunished for so long. i seriously don't know what they do.

i too have send them emails, some facts, willingness to provide more info and guess what answer I got? effectively, we don't have the time/resources, thanks for your concerns.

and if you go to the ASX with these issues .. you know, the ones that are supposed to govern the garbage they are allowing to list ... they tell you to get all the details together ie. YOU GO AND DO ALL OUR WORK FOR US AS WELL, and send it to ASIC.

They are a joke.
