Your costs are similar to what I said earlier the POS costs from memory US$3.35 plus additional transport so I made it US$3.50.
Thanks for all the other calculations and agree the price should be $1.00 plus even prior to production.
AS to a CR again as previously stated there will be one, it is just at what price remembering they wanted around $20m plus.
I believe they will go to us shareholders first with something like a 1 for 4 offer, what is not taken up released to the market.
They have approval to release 100m+ and by offering to us no real dilution.
Again I suggested 25c but they may wait and see what the SP price does next week.
As to Twiggy's loan if you go 1 to 4 he gets about 33m that is $8.25m @ 25c, no more loan and they have $12m in the bank to keep the ship afloat till production around July.
Maybe that is why there was no provision for his interest in this Qtr.
Again my thoughts only but Lyn and I have got the piggy bank off the shelf.
