I took them out buying 820K at 1.8c. There was someone playing funny buggers with a couple of tiny trades at end of the day.

After speaking to contacts at DMP, it is very close, they confirmed a letter will be made very soon offering the block to both parties and they have 30 days to respond.

The DMP also mentioned that they made sure that deadlines for appeal are passed. This is the case and they can now take the process to the next step.

So OBL's announcement regarding mid February is pretty much spot on.
