They're not going to CR because they don't need the money and if they did they would have done so on the last run up. And if I'm wrong about the above statement, then it's surely going to get pumped up again before announcing a CR. Either way it's hard to see it getting back to 5.5c. But you never say it can't happen. Of course in the stock market anything CAN happen.
