    Thanks for the update EB, and glad to hear you are OK despite living through fearful and unjust times.

    The involvement of Western diplomats is also fraught with danger as they will have their own agenda for Ukraine, as I guess you would understand.

    Yanukovych and his political allies days are numbered, so the next consideration will be the reference to a technocrat replacement, which means that a complete outsider may end up running the country for sometime during which time he may well implement an agenda for Western European and American elites. Then again anyone will do in place of the current thug.

    It is a shame that Yanukovych is, no doubt, so well protected security-wise.

    It is also a shame that Ukrainians just can't 'put their tools down' and refuse to attend their places of employment. Mass disobedience is impossible to police.

    Protesting on the streets rarely seems to achieve much, especially when the backlash from authorities is so violent, unless of course the protests are being backed by elites. In your current case, it would seem that some Western elites are involved. Soros comes to mind.
