It would take the ASX 30 seconds to note the dilution to Perseus shareholding late last year. They might be increasing their holding to make up the difference. Well that was my initial thought anyway right or wrong. If it is another fund or company making a stake, they rarely buy .0000001% of the issued capital. More likely > 20% or 80m+ shares. Share price might be 6 cents by then or more.
