    As management have already demonstrated:

The use of the word 'imminent' can be hollow and can prove to come to nothing - fruitless. Fruitless, as in the resultsESI got after investing so much energy into the ALDP, TINCOM and BETCHALOW and INDONSIA projects
(they were not 'programs'. Management recently described getting a Coldry plant into India as a 'program').

Imminent, in the practical world is indefinable and it is useful when placating cranky impatient share holders!

Now, more nitty gritty real talk about the business itself...

If relatively fast results don't materialise how can anyone have confidence in the user of the words AGAIN?
If what was claimed would happen doesn't in fact happen - how can anyone have faith in the second or third time use of those very same words?

'Imminent' and 'fast-tracked' words that operate under the 'subject to change' clause.

Even the word 'uncertain' is subject to less change than the word 'imminent' is!

Lets dissect managements use of the word:
    FAST-TRACKED:

'Fast Tracked'....hmmm ok...more hold-us are implied to me.
Why the heck wasn't it happening at the fastest way possible already?
How can you fast track something when you don't even have a contract to make it happen yet?
    WHAT EXACTLY is being Fast-tracked?

If EVRYTHING isn't done in time, in rhythm, like a conveyor- belt or production-line in harmony, then something that is being fast tracked can easily get kinks in it.

That is, if one aspect of due diligence isn't complete when the next stage is reliant on that diligence being completed, then the second stage can't go ahead.
Remeber, this is a foreign country, not a domestic scenario by any means and LOTS of tranpsort and flights are a risk. That spells potential risk of a high exposure costs.
Meanwhile...back at the 'Program', the third stage on the production line isn't happy because they have been working on a schedule to get a job done that is now being held up by stages two and one.
It was all supposed to be being fast tracked remember...

Then, IMPORTANTLY, unless money has been secured in ADVANCE, it may alsways be held up by third parties and delivered in dribs and drabs that don't suit the fabricators or whomever.
So unless there is a lot of fluid working capital paying for things to be done twice while playing 'catch-up', whenever a company ventures out to 'Fast-Track' something.

Ans ESI is doing it in a whole other country!!
How many employess do they have again?
    How much money again?
I equate the exorbitant costs to that of calling cab instead of walking every time you leave your house.

So can anyone actually tell me with any authority (not an unofficial company spokesperson with alleged 'connections' please - the forum has woken up to you)
What aspect of Coldry or ESI's entry into India is ACTUALY happening?
So WHAT exactly is being fast tracked if nothing is yet solid in India?

Is this another case of self-nominating for the:
"Attempting to Endeavor to Achieve" Trophy?

What steps are being undertaken right now, why and how much is it costing?
Or it is all dependent on NLC's due diligence as it inspects a plethora of potential companies to take on (ESI being potentially one of them IF this and IF that?).
Is this a case of waiting on an answer while ESI spends money and energy on hopes of going beyond the use of the word 'Program' maturing into the world of 'Projects'?

    'Program', Imminent', 'Fast-Tracked'...
They are all fickle words to me now, words that are subject to change and hold ups.
Is this why management have coined it as a "Program"?
    - Lol, yeah, funny word isn't it?

    My personal conclusion:
Speculators are being fed BS in my opinion - more specifically it is BS that is immaterial and not
price-sensitive by nature thus far. 'Fast tracked'means that ANYTHING can slow us down that doesn't want to work at our pace....ANYTHING can stop the whole process in its tracks.

'Fast tracked' is 'safe' wording to buy management more time i feel. And given that more cap raising is nigh, the share is still unable to be valued well enough to say that .004 cents is a low enough price to pay.
