Capitola Oil Project seems to have more chance of success.
Still some-what jaded over the dissapointment at Turner Bayou.
I think the Company would be open to JV with Turner Bayou.
It is very noble wanting to be a mid-tier oiler--- the dream of all junior's I would say.
The management now have to regain share-holder's trust.
Hope they have every success ---my opinion only.
