In response to your question and comments about the ASX allowing MBN to go into a TH on Oct 9th, mind you when the company was still solvent, forget emails, etc....I would suggest picking up the phone and speaking to Elizabeth Harris (Principal Listing Adviser) whom allowed/authorised MBN to go into a TH in the 1st place and find out from her wth is going on here ? extension after extension after extension...what information or BS is the company feeding her to prevent MBN to come back on for trading ? they have their drawdown facility and support of their lenders and bondholders, so no reason why it can't start trading again, like now.

management are starting to really become a bunch of malakas here in not making themselves accessible to shareholder calls & enquiries when now they have been in a trading suspension for some 125 days - really piss poor and they have no regard for shareholders it seems!!!
