The DFS specifically states no barging issues either. I suggest you ring and speak with them directly and they will explain the barging - I did and it was extremely reassuring and cleared up a lot of the miscommunication and incorrect concerns here

Funkman - I loaded up when I saw Platinum was on board and judging by their substantial holder notices were soaking everything on market

IMO they are happy to soak anything under 28c (previous takeover bid) for as long as they can until the Forestry Approvals comes in - that then is when I expect several parties to start gunning for stock. Platinum then should move to binding with their financing package and get aggressive buying the last 5% or so on market to bring them up to 19.9%
