they'll all go to live in a housing commission? do you have any idea the wait times already for public housing? that won't change anything. they will still be renting one way or another. what you are suggesting is that they will all be wandering around on the street homeless/just wither up and die - which is simply not true. ridiculous doomsayer logic.
