Look I don't know the directors personally. They might be great guys and highly competent - who knows. It's not for me to say what their motive is here. I can only go on how I have experienced investing in this "company". In that respect, they lost me with putting out that heavy diluting oversubscribed announcement in the middle of the day as a non-market sensitive, non material announcement that subsequently caused me a 10k loss as the SP crashed. I found it very unprofessional and unfair in my opinion and a balanced approach should have been taken IMO including a trading halt. I like everyone else was only expecting $700k in the SPP and I was expecting the SPP to maybe drop two to three points max and that was acceptable risk to me in the short term. It was 3.3 cents then, now it's 2.2 cents. That should speak for itself.
