"...one is guaranteed to get at least $2500...."
Is that correct?
I understood that if they decided to do so, they could scaleback every application - even those who have applied for the minimum. So if you had applied for an allocation of $2500 you might only get allocated say 1000 shares - tell me that I am wrong
