I hate debt, we have no car loans no credit cards and no house loans. We have managed to essentially get to 40 have 2 kids own a 7 figure property and have enough money to be semi retired and just trade and did it without ever taking on more than a 100k mortgage.
I cant sleep at night with debt, sure I could have made more if I had leveraged and I could have lost more aswell...easy to say in hindsight.
Easiest way to go broke is via debt, one thing I like about Muslims is they don't do debt. I wish we as a country banned debt and until you could afford something you couldn't buy it.
