    Guys , as you know I have been investing in Roc for 4 years now . What I have noticed big Sp rallies happen with a lot of buyers appearing in pre open. By the looks of the bids this morning , today could be the start of such a rally . I know it's early, but I thought I would flag my thoughts and see if they pan
