The minimum of 75 cents or up to 10% less based on the current share price X days before, so I make it 67.5, a small premium to the market price.
Isn't that interesting ...
I doubt we will see any share price improvement for 4 months - IF BFS and the Chinese can be satisified.
Would appear to me they will pay 10% less ... sounds like a hoist to me.
I just love bending over ...
