To me it sounds positive for the IPO to be withdrawn.

1. ACL just gave an updated presentation and it is still the same as last years which sounded positive.

2. New Chairman with impressive credential has just started. Surely he wouldn't just accept a job without knowing what he is getting into.

3. By now, they would have an idea about the 25 patients added in Feb 2013 if they are responding well to HA-I. These patients were recruited to do the sub-study for Pharmacokinetic ( determination of the fate of substances administered externally to a living organism) and cardiotoxicity ( the occurrence of heart electrophysiology dysfunction or muscle damage).

4. Surely doing their statistics, they would know if they are getting a good response rate percentage?

Maybe withdrawing the IPO meant we might get a partnership soon or they could re-launch the IPO at a significant premium after the result is published.

Hope SP improves soon so I can buy the Honda Odessey 2014 model :-)
