As far as I can tell Lee Patrick Strobel (born January 25, 1952) is an American Christian author, journalist, apologist and pastor (Strobel) and not a scientist.
I would not use Pennsylvania's Lehigh University as a primary source for biological information. Michael Bee (M Behe) is an ID author so you would expect this from him. He appears to be supported by William Lane Craig (Craig). Not a great reference for a scientist, in my view.
All the arguments put forward about complexity, to me, have a ring about them of "I don't understand therefore God did it".
I don't think that this approach does much for religion because the space of ignorance is shrinking and with it God's space.
