many good hints re phase 3, page-21

I don't have access to my guy who knows the ins and outs of Nasdaq listing procedure ( treking in snow- he might be a while looking at the storms) so I can't confirm if you withdraw the old before lodging a new one or you update the listing or you are forced to withdraw it as a procedural thing unless you lodge updates etc. I just don't know. I don't feel it has anything to do with partnering but just guessing.

Guess it marks the end of the 5 mill we pissed against the nasdaq wall but it was probably worth that as ACL had clammed up to small holders and the prospectus gave us the only real certified info not spin we had for a long while.

Would be nice for ACL to put out a update website / newsletter with anything they can as I dislike mums and dads getting nervous as this stock is full of em and they get manipulated out of the market as they don't have the same resource to know what is happening. If they have opened up the data room and seriously talking to partners it would be nice to hear that not a wishy washy dream comment in a presentation.

New staff better start on the right foot and fast.
