Seems they have addressed some of this in the presentation. they seem to have some tricks for improving on the centres after they buy them. They also seem to discriminate by selling some centres that they don't want.
Anyway - PE appears to be under 20x ATM, and that is without all of the recent acquisitions factored in for the full year.
